We bake daily and are constantly changing our range.  Selections from our freshly baked delicacies:

Each slice serves 12 persons

  • Pistachio & craisin fruit slice

  • Strawberry jam & coconut slice

  • Caramel & pecan slice

  • Chocolate raspberry brownie slice

  • Lemon coconut slice

CAKES:                                                                                              $35.00

Each cake serves 8-10 persons

  • Ginger golden syrup loaf (10)

  • Carrot cake with cream cheese icing

  • Ginger cake with lemon icing

  • Coconut cake with lemon syrup

  • Raspberry sour cream chocolate cake

  • Chocolate sour cream cake

  • Banana bread with passionfruit icing

  • Raspberry gugelhupf cake

  • Poppy seed cake with lemon syrup

SAVOURY:                                                                                    $8.50 per person

  • Savoury mini quiches/muffins                                   

  • Small cheese platter with a selection of cheeses, crackers & nuts.

  • Fruit platter with selection fresh fruit in season.

Depending on the selection each person will receive between 2-3 serves.

Lunch

We recommend 6 serves per person:  

Selection of delicious fillings served on either wholemeal, multigrain, Turkish bread:

  • Egg & lettuce

  • Roast chicken, toasted almonds, celery filling with cos lettuce

  • Turkey, cranberry and salad

  • Roast beef, hummus, sundried tomato & Rocket

  • Leg ham, “Mary-Clair’s”  tomato relish & cheese

  • Vegetarian antipasto salad with cheese

QUICHE & 2 SALADS                                                       $16.50 per person

SPINACH & RICOTTA LASAGNE & SALADS                           $16.50 per person

BEEF LASAGNE & SALAD                                                  $18.50 per person

 

FRUIT PLATTER: Seasonal Fruit

  • Small platter serves to 10 persons                               $45.00 per person

  • Medium platter serves to 15-20persons                     $60.00 per person

  • Large platter serves 20-30 persons                              $80.00 per person

SALADS:

Our chef creates salads on the freshest seasonal produce available.  

  • Sweet potato, puy lentils & rocket & honey roasted walnuts

  • Quinoa, peas, roasted almonds, fetta, mint with vinaigrette

  • Garden salad includes cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, capsicum

  • Roast pumpkin, chickpeas, tahini and candied pumpkin seeds

  • Roasted vegetables, quinoa, rice, labneh

  • Nutty slaw with mint, coriander, sesame seeds, cashews, coconut

  • Wild rice, roasted pumpkin, nuts, spinach, spices

We frequently change our menus depending on the seasonal ingredients available.
