	Mary MacKillop Catholic Parish Primary School regularly uses the service of ‘Mary-Clair’s Gourmet Delicacies’. From large staff functions to small group lunches and dinners, Mary Clair’s provides a professional, affordable and delicious range of catered meals. Over the past four years the school has held functions for groups of between 6 and 600 and Mary Forsyth and her team have provided a marvellous service. The great strength from our point of view, of Mary Clair’s, is that we have personal contact with the proprietor, Mrs Mary Forsyth. Her commitment to personal contact with her clients means that we deal directly with the person who prepares, delivers and plans our meals, afternoon teas and larger catered events. Food is delivered with joy and the personal contact means that meals are enjoyed with real spirit and a knowledge that those who prepare the meals are passionate about quality food and quality service. Mary manages to provide a range of lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon teas and special event menus. Meals and the extras that accompany them are always prepared and presented exquisitely. Mary aims to provide us with the tried and true favourites, yet also regularly provides innovative meals, lunch options, savouries and sweets. At present Mary caters for the school pupil free days, for School Board meetings, for blessing and opening ceremonies and for some whole school events including year seven graduations and one off special events. For these larger events Mary ensures what she provides is hot, on time and plentiful. Feedback from staff and parents about the food provided by Mary Clair’s has been very positive. We know that when we use Mary Clair’s Gourmet Catering services we will be enjoying hearty, creative, tasty and affordable meals delivered on time and always with a smile.
